Magnesium Lotion 4oz (Southern Bloom)

Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride, distilled water, sweet almond oil, avocado oil, shea butter, beeswax, fragrance

How to use: apply 1/2 to 1 teaspoon twice daily or as needed. Massage into the bottom of feet, stomach, sore muscles, back knees, etc.
